The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was severely felt in Portugal, especially in micro-enterprises and institutions that did not have a solid digital presence.

The mandatory distance and the reduce of consumption of goods and services by physical means, made it necessary for organizations to invest in technological platforms. Identifying their needs and realizing that not all of them have the capacity to invest in innovation, we launched the Decode ON initiative, which has no costs for participants.

Decode ON is a Social Responsibility program that aims to help individual entrepreneurs, small companies or non-profit associations in Portugal mainly affected by the pandemic. The digital transformation of the businesses involved in the initiative will be carried out by Decode professionals at no cost. Based on the identified needs, the goal will be to provide to those involved, the technological means that guarantee a closer relationship with their audience.
